Correct Positioning

It is important to use the hand closest to the projector when
writing on the transparencies. If you are not ambidextrous
(and most of us are not) you must, therefore, remember to
position yourself on the side of the projector closest to your
writing hand.


When to Use Overhead Transparencies

These are best with audiences of between 10 and 400 people.
Donít bother with them if you are presenting to fewer than ten
people. Use handouts instead. If you give the same presenta-
tion repeatedly, an overhead projector comes in handy.
     Another time to use it is when you have confidential ideas
that you want to show your audience very quickly so they will
be unable to completely reproduce them.
